BOOTCAMP

JSBe BOOTCAMP is the all singing all dancing exercise session to get you the shape you have always wanted!
The sessions only aim is to get desired results from our members. Due to different components of fitness such as muscle endurance/strength/power, speed and cardio vascular fitness which we integrate into the sessions, you can guarantee you will:

Personal Training

Personal training is the most specifically designed exercise programme that you could possibly get, as it’s all about YOU!

Personal training will consist of programme setting, nutrition planning, regular assessments and structured exercise routines to ensure the fastest possible results. It will concentrate solely on the goals and targets set between the trainer and the individual, focusing only on the needs and demands of the client.

Standard as part of personal training you receive a free consultation to assess goals, targets, current nutrition, current fitness level and future targets. This will ensure that realistic goals are set and that you receive nothing but essential motivational guidance from your trainer. If you have a specific goal with a target date/time/event in mind then personal training is a must!

Specialising in fat loss and improved muscle shape and tone, personal training is ideal for people serious about their results. Personal training is booked in blocks of 4 with a range of discounts available upon more sessions block booked.

JSBE BOX-FIT

Box-fit is a high intensity cardio-vascular based workout aimed purely at fitness, calorie burning and fat loss.

All sessions are boxing orientated to ensure that one of the best types of fitness training can be passed on to our members. One of the most significant parts of these types of session is the adaptability of the session. It accommodates all fitness levels, from new starter to experienced trainer, box-fit is literally a workout based on you-the more you put in the more you will get out! The mix of cardio vascular work and interval training combines several components of fitness to ensure fat loss, improve muscle tone and improve fitness level and health are guaranteed alongside a structured nutrition plan. Box-fit is a guaranteed stress relieving, high intensity, enjoyable cardio blast that is suitable for all!

JSBE PHYSIOTHERAPY

Physiotherapy with Rachael at JSBeFIT.

I am a qualified Chartered Physiotherapist with a BSc honours in Physiotherapy. I graduated from Salford University in 2005.
Since graduating I have worked for professional rugby teams and gained 8 years experience working in many different areas. I also take part in sport myself regulary training with JSBe Fit and competing on the national trampolining circuit. I am enthusiastic to help people through any injury helping them to achieve personal goals. I look foward to discussing all your aches and pains with you soon.
